How customers agree to receive texts from FlexVivid

FlexVivid texts clients only about their own projects: project and support updates, invoice notices, and replies to their questions. We never send marketing. There are two ways to agree to receive texts from 848-285-5243.

1. Online — sign up here

The checkbox is not checked for you. We add your number only if you check it and submit the form. (Screenshot of this page)

2. By phone

When you call us at 848-285-5243 about a project, we ask whether we may text you about it. Before your number is added, we read you this:

"Can we text you at this number about your project? FlexVivid will send project updates and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can text STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. Our SMS terms are at texts.flexvivid.com/sms-terms and our privacy policy is at texts.flexvivid.com/privacy-policy."

We add your number only after you say yes. You can also text us first at 848-285-5243; we only reply within that conversation.

What you will receive

Every text ends with "FlexVivid. Reply STOP to opt out." Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. Agreeing is not a condition of purchase. Details: SMS Terms · Privacy Policy.
